What is Strata40 'Lite'?

Strata40 Lite is a theme for those people who want their browser to look like the mockups but don't necessarily want to give up compatibility with their other add-ons. This is where Strata40 Lite comes into its own.

Strata40 Lite is entirely based off the new Minefield (Firefox 3.7a3pre) theme. All this theme really does is improve upon the default Minefield theme in such a way that only colours and borders and shadows have been modified. Basically this means that this theme will be 100% compatible with any add-on that Minefield is compatible with, so you can get the Strata40 look without sacrificing compatibility.

- Compatible with more add-ons than most themes
- First theme for Firefox 3.6 that utilizes new functions in the browser (CSS3) to give a more flexible and responsive experience
- Utilizes Firefox 3.7 only functions so you can experience high quality, smooth animations for your toolbar buttons. This has never been done before! (except of course in the Minefield theme).
- Still looks 95% like the Firefox 4 mockups

Should NOT be used with StrataBuddy. This theme does not have a companion add-on for compatibility reasons. If you want the full Firefox 4 experience, try the original Strata40.
